Answer

You can find complete information about studying in Germany here:
http://www.daad.de/en/index.html. It is a website of DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst). This website is official German website which provides information regarding requirements and process to study in Germany as an international student.

Requirements to study medicine in Germany depend on your country of residence. Here Iíll explain some general requirements for students form EU and Non-EU nations.

Students from both EU and non-EU nations should complete high school level before they become eligible to study medicine in Germany. Student from EU nations donít have to attend any extra class before admission but students who donít have high school level certificate recognized as equivalent to that of Germany should attend a preparation course for one year and take an assessment test at the end of a year before being eligible for admission. For admission, student should directly apply to the university but in some cases, students may also need to apply to ZVS (http://www.zvs.de/).
