Question Description
Well, I donít have the TOEFL score. Which university is not asking TOEFL score for admission? When asked at the embassy, what should my answer be?

Is it USA where you want to study? If so, some colleges may offer you conditional admission without TOEFL. For conditional admission different universities have their own policy. Some of the universities which offer conditional admission to international students are:

University of North Texas
University of Arkansas
University of Iowa
University of Oregon

These universities have their own conditions for conditional admission so it isnít guaranteed that youíll be accepted for admission.

It isnít good for yourself to apply for admission and visa without TOEFL. Visa rate for students without TOEFL is extremely low. During a visa interview, you must be able to show your strong competency in English language to get a visa.
