How to get admission MBBS/BDS in South Africa or Singapore on full scholarship basis for a Pakistani student?
Getting full-scholarship is almost impossible in any medical school. It is only possible if Pakistani government or some other organizations run scholarship programs in Pakistan by sponsoring the expenses of Pakistani students to study abroad.
Before you join any university, you can be awarded a partial scholarship. After you join any university and perform excellent, you may be awarded with full scholarship but for this you have to be extremely outstanding. Most of the students who join MBBS program have strong academic background so competition for scholarship is keen. Even though full scholarship is hard to get, partial scholarships are widely available.
A*Star is an organization in Singapore which provides scholarships for students studying several science related subjects. Information on scholarships provided by A*Star can be available here: http://a-star.gov.sg/.

Universities in South Africa mostly focus on African students so being a Pakistani student; scholarships can hardly be available to you there.
