Question Description
What are requirements to get admission in Canadian Engineering Schools? What documents will I need to apply for admission at universities in Canada for engineering programs?

The requirements for admission at Canadian Engineering universities vary depending upon level of study, university or college, and student background.

Academic Requirement:
For admission at undergraduate level, student must complete high school level or equivalent level with subjects eligible for admission at undergraduate level. Compulsory subjects you must have completed are: Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. For postgraduate level, student must have completed undergraduate level in related program. The minimum grade required for admission is different for different engineering school.

Standardized Tests:
You may need to take standardized tests like SAT and GRE. Most of the universities accept application from students who have high score in these standardized tests. For score requirement for particular, I suggest you to visit the university website and look for score requirement in Standardized test.

English language requirement:
Students must show their proficiency in English language. Canadian universities prefer IELTS but even TOEFL is accepted by most of the universities these days. 6.0 Score in IELTS is sufficient but for top ranked universities you will need above 7.0 score in IELTS.

These are the general admission requirements. If you want to know about admission requirement at particular university or college, I suggest you to contact the admission department of selected university/college or visit their website.
