International Relations/Law universities in USA for admission without SAT/TOEFL

Question Description
I am looking for a university in United States of America where I will study International Relations/Law. Can you please give me any university in USA that is accepting international students without SAT/TOEFL and other tests?

There is no way you can get admission in US universities without TOEFL. There are very few universities which accept international students without TOEFL but even in that case youíll have to join a ESL program which will cost you more than taking a TOEFL test now. About SAT Ė SAT isnít compulsory but it is required at some universities for admission. SAT also helps you get scholarships but it is ok if you donít want to take it.
