I do not believe that is directly possible. You can have pre-sessional or language progression which will lead to direct entry. or you can take their exam online if you have English Proficiency already.

They would accept you without TOEFL

Here is the list of Universities in USA where there is no requirement for TOEFL-

There are few few universities that can take students without taking TOEFL test or IELTS.
However you have to register for IELP(Intensive English Language Program).

TOEFL is not required when one of the following rules are meet.

Native English speakers
Non-native English speakers who have completed two consecutive years of full-time high school or university study in the U.S. or other country where the official language of the country is English
Non-native English speakers who have a minimum of one-year full-time employment in the U.S. or other country where the official language of the country is English.
