Question Description
I have been offered a PhD position by a Prof in a Max Planck institute. I have graduated with 2nd lower class honors. Can I still enroll in a doctoral program in Germany?

It is quite hard to get admission for PhD in medical related field in Germany. If you have any journal or research published in newspaper then it is quite easy to get admission.

I think education has no end, has some sense of philosophical truth. No administratively inclined university will enroll unqualified applicant, unless there is something fishy or may be scamp feed website source. If you think you are qualified plus have enough funding, then it might be possible.
