I am having the zeal of studying in the US without TOEFL or IELTS. I want to continue as a student there and also work part-time at school as soon as possible. I want to go there before 2011.
Yes, you can study in the US universities or colleges without doing TOEFL or IELTS. The universities or the colleges that accept you in their academic program will check your English skills after you reach there. If you are found to be good, you could continue your course but if not, you need to do general English classes in the university or college before you join your course. You can do part time work as well. It can be on campus also.

Indian students now can seek admissions into well respected 125 years old Concordia University, Wisconsin, USA granting master's and bachelors degrees without TOEFL nor the SAT. Neither the TOEFL nor the SAT is required for admittance into our program.
