Can I get an I20 with Scholarships?

Can I get admission with scholarships in the universities mentioned below if I apply for January 15th 2011 for 2011? My brief profile:
GRE: 1130, 740-Quanti, 390-Verbal TOEFL: 88 B.Tech: 70% 12th: 93% 10th with no backlogs: 90% I want to get an I20 with scholarships for MS in ECE in any of the university below: 1) University of Kansas 2) University of Arkansas 3) Michigan State University  Answers
Your profile looks pretty descent. It should qualify you for admission into the universities you’ve mentioned. However, all of the universities you mentioned may not offer you a scholarship. Like, for University of Kansas, the application deadline with financial aid is December 1. By the way, which University of Arkansas are you planning to admit into? As there are many University of Arkansas in different locations in Arkansas, I don’t think all of those universities offer a Masters in ECE program. Since your profile looks descent, I suggest you to contact the admission departments of the universities you’ve mentioned and ask them if they can offer you any scholarship for your standings. All the universities you mentioned are public universities and offer funding.The chances of getting funding and amount you get depend on the intake you apply & how early you apply. Most universities have deadlines of Dec 15 or Jan 1 to apply for getting funding. Rate it!
