Can I get admission into an Aeronautical Engg program with poor High school grades?

I have C grades in Maths, Economics, Geography, Biology, English, and Physics and D in Chemistry. Are these high school grades sufficient for Aeronautical Engineering?
Well, with the score like yours, it is difficult to get admission at a good university. The only chance for admission will now depend on your SAT score. If you score very high on SAT, you can be selected for admission otherwise there is no chance at all.
