Can I apply for ACCA in UK universities?

Question Description
I am a 28 years old undergraduate. I did my I. Com in 1999 and couldn’t give my B. Com papers in 2004 because of my accident. Now, I want to complete my B. Com. Can I apply for ACCA in universities of UK after I complete my B. Com?

Yes, you surely can apply for ACCA at colleges in UK after completing your B. Com. Admission criteria for ACCA may be different at different colleges.
