How can I get a low tuition fee or tuition free school as an international student?

I mean, I need a school with a very low tuition fee because of my financial status.
Let me tell you honestly Ė in todayís world due to high competition everywhere it is impossible to get full scholarship even though you are outstanding. However, if you are exceptionally talented, almost all universities in the world will be ready to provide you some financial aid. If you want to study for free, you must look for the university and college at free education nations like Germany and Sweden but if you donít want to study in such countries then cheap colleges in USA, UK, and other countries may be suitable for you. I said colleges because universities are comparatively expensive than colleges in most cases.
In United States there are plenty of community colleges which offer wide range of programs for very low tuition fee. You can find the list of such community colleges here:
