Question Description
I want to know about the least money I should pay to the university and other costs for normal living in Malaysia.
Answers

Cost of living and tuition fees vary depending upon place and university you select. However, in an average, for students who live in Kuala Lumpur, annual living expense will be around 6,500 US Dollar (or 22,000 RM).

For tuition fee, you better check the respective university website because it varies widely depending upon course and institution.
