I read somewhere that the Finnish government is introducing fee for international students pursuing Master’s Degree from 2011. Is it true?

Yes, it’s true that the Finnish government has introduced tuition fees for all the international students this year (2010) who do not belong from EEA countries. The tuition is, however, still free for the students from EEA countries.
