Is tuition free for international students in Finland?

Question Description
I have few questions about studying in Finland. Is tuition fee free for international students in Finland? How much will the living cost be there? And, which documents are required for the visa application.
Answer

Finland no more offers free education to international students, which means that tuition fee for international students isnít free there. They introduced fee for international students just this year (2010).

The living costs in Finland may vary from Ä500 to Ä700 per month.
