Is English language test exempted for Indian and Pakistani students?

Question Description
According to the newly added information at Studera.nu, students from India and Pakistan for Masters Studies are exempted from English Language Tests. I am a Pakistani National and have the degree of BBA (Hons) 4 years degree. So should I have to submit the English Language Test or not?

English language test is exempted only for those students who have got a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology from university in Pakistan or India. So, as you have BBA degree, English language test isn’t exempted for you.
