2. Use simple grammar
Try using simple sentences until you are an advance speaker. Using simple grammar will help you avoid some silly mistakes. In addition, try using vocabulary you are familiar with. If you try to introduce new words while speaking, you may not know how you to pronounce them.

3. Talk more to get adapted
Even though it is a very basic technique, I consider it the most important one. Talk more on English whenever possible. Whenever you get a chance, share your ideas or put on your thoughts on English. Talking more will definitely help you built more confidence making you feel comfortable with it. When you start feeling comfortable while speaking on English, you’ll possibly not make the mistakes you make due to your nervousness.

4. Find partners to speak
If you don’t have friends with whom you can speak on English, you may join English speaking clubs. If no English speaking club exists at your please, may find anonymous friends online to do a voice chat. Using Yahoo messenger may be very useful if you want to find friends online to practice speaking English online.
