Can I have further study opportunity in New Zealand after 10th?

I have completed 10th grade with 63% score. Can you please suggest me if I can have any opportunity in New Zealand for further studies? For that will I have to give IELTS exam? If the course fee is high, can I pay it in installment? Also tell me about available courses.

Which level do you want to get admission in? With 10 years of schooling, you will not be eligible to admit a college. If you want to join some program like Cambridge A Level in New Zealand then you can study in New Zealand. Rate it!
