Question Description

I want suggestions from the international students studying in California, USA. I found that most of the engineering universities in California have a very high tuition fees to international students. Some of my friends also suggested that the living cost for international students in California is also very high in comparison to other states of USA. Is that true? Can you suggest some of the cheapest engineering schools for me for BS in Civil Engineering which is not only cheaper in terms of their tuition fees but also in terms of cost of living for international student. Please guide me.
