I am doing MPhil now and I want to do PhD in Ireland after completing my MPhil. Am I eligible to do PhD in Ireland? If yes, please tell me, what are the documentation and financial requirements?
Well, of course you can do your Ph.D. in Ireland after your M.Phil. Universities in Ireland accept international students for doctorate programs. However, there can be some demerits concerned to studies in Ireland. My suggestion would be not to choose Ireland as a destination for your Ph.D. Ireland is not the popular destination among international student. In addition, the weather is not that favorable for students from South Asian regions. The tuition fees are high and scholarship opportunities are less in Ireland.

Ya, you can do Ph.D. in Ireland after doing MPhil here in Pakistan. Even though, weather is a mess, there are good funding opportunities for Ph.D. students. I would like to recommend Trinity College Dublin (The University of Dublin), St. Patrick's College (Dublin City University), National University of Ireland (Maynooth and Galway), University of Limerick, University College Cork, and University College Dublin for your Ph.D. studies in Ireland. These universities and colleges are reputed among international students and gives good research topics for Ph.D. students.
For documents required to get enrolled, visit the website of the university you choose.
