Does the government of Singapore offer financial aid to foreign students?

I would like to know if there is any possibility of financial aid for foreign students offered by the government of Singapore for those who want to study there. In my case I want to go for M.D.

Iím not sure if Singaporean Government offers any scholarships to international students but there are few other scholarships available in Singapore. A*Star scholarship is one of the scholarships in Singapore offered to technical and science students in Singapore. Other popular scholarship is Duke-NUS scholarship offered to students at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. Information on Duke-NUS scholarship can be found here:
