Which country is better for MS in Information Technology (IT)?

Question Description
Can you guide me to choose the best country for post graduation in information technology? I am an Indian student. I have done bachelors in information technology from India. Now, I want to continue my master's degree in same field abroad in one of the developed countries which is good in information technology education? Which country should I choose?
