Are international students allowed to do part-time jobs in Sweden? Does Swedish government allow international students to get involved in part-time jobs while studying in Sweden?
International students are allowed to work in Sweden. To do part-time jobs, students don't need to obtain optional work-permit if they have a valid residence permit.
Students from EU/EEA nations can work in Sweden without work-permit or even a residence permit if their duration of stay in Sweden is less than 90 days. However, if their stay duration exceeds 90 days, they'll have to obtain residence permit with which they can work in Sweden.
Sweden is considered hard place to find jobs. Students who know Swedish language have higher possibility of finding jobs.
