The only way to score more in IELTS is to practice well. There are several practice books available in the market, get one for yourself.

For reading section:
Practice reading exercises mentioned in practice book thoroughly. Read English magazines and try analyzing the stories.

For speaking section:
Speak in English with friends and if possible, with everyone you meet. Speak on the tape recorder and listen to it for finding out mistakes. Do it several time so you'll minimize your speaking errors. Try copying pronounciations from native English speakers.

For writing section:
Write essays on several topics. Let others read the essays you've written and ask them for comments. Let others find errors on your essays.

For listening section:
Listen to BBC Radio and watch English language TV channels. Watch hollywood movies and try to figure out what they are talking about.
