The registration fee for TOEFL IBT may be different for different country. Even within same country, the cost may vary according to test center you choose.

Here is IBT fee for some countries:
Pakistan, Chad, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka: $150
India, Nepal: $165
Japan, South Korea: $170

Registration fee for TOEFL PBT is $140.

Registration fee for TOEFL CBT is also $140.
