Kaplan has produced one of the best practice books for TOEFL. The software that comes with Kaplan TOEFL iBT preparation book is great. It has four full length tests available. All the tests can be taken in either practice or test mode. Score scale is not provided but you can know the number of correct answers and possible scores.

Kaplan TOEFL iBT with CD-ROM 2008-2009 book is uploaded at rapidshare by various people. But when I checked the links, most were already dead. Downloading a book for free isn't legal until it is legally published so I suggest you to buy one. That isn't a much expensive book. I think you must contribute by buying that book so the Kaplan can publish such high quality books again.
