As much I know, TOEFL didn't contain speaking section before. But does it exist now? I found a website which said there is speaking section in TOEFL now, is that true? If there is a speaking section in TOEFL now, is that difficult or easy?

With next generation TOEFL (TOEFL iBT), ETS has introduced a speaking section. As you said, TOEFL didn’t contain speaking section before. But to examine test taker’s ability to interact with other people in English, ETS added speaking section. Speaking section checks your ability to express your ideas to others. TOEFL iBT Speaking Section contains two parts – independent and integrated. Each part contains one question. In independent part, you’ll have to express your view on a topic asked in a question. In integrated section, you must read a passage and listen to a conversation or a lecture then respond to a question asked. If you don’t have fluency in English language, you may find Speaking Section difficult so make sure you prepare well before you appear for the test. Rate it!
