I scored 22 out of 30 in the speaking section of TOEFL. Where do you rate my score? Good or fair!

Your speaking score is an average score. Most of the students score around 20 in speaking section but students with will lower level of anxiety and higher level of command in English language can score as high as 28. Overall, your speaking score is fair.
