Converting CEFR Level to IELTS Band Score

How to convert CEFR Levels to IELTS band scores? I got confused about the minimum requirements of English Language proficiency to obtain study visa of UK as the requirements are written in a CEFR term which is unfamiliar to me.

Well, CEFR stands for Common European Framework of References. It is a guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe. Its main aim is to provide a method of assessing and teaching which applies to all languages in Europe. The Common European Framework divides learners into three broad divisions which can be divided into six levels: A Basic Speaker B Independent Speaker C Proficient Speaker CEFR Levels can be compared with IELTS band scores to see whether you meet the minimum criteria of English language proficiency requirements.
