Question Description
Can an international student get admission without taking TOEFL, GRE, or IELTS under conditional term in UK and Canada? If it is possible, please provide me the list of those universities.
Answer

There are several universities and colleges in UK and Canada which offer conditional admission without TOEFL or IELTS for international students. But getting a visa is quite difficult if you have got a conditional admission.

Some universities and colleges in Canada which offer conditional admission are:
University of Victoria
University of British Columbia
Simon Fraser University
Dalhousie University
North Island College International
Nipissing University

There are few universities and colleges in UK which offer conditional admission to international students. Some of those universities include:
Loughborough University
University of Herts
The University of Edinburgh
University of Dundee

The conditional admission isn't guaranteed. The university will decide whether to give you a conditional admission or not by reviewing your previous academic performances and other documents.
