Question Description
I am a low paid worker in Ghana. I want to know which countries offer international students the university schooling for free. I also want to know the names of the schools in those countries which offer free education for foreign students.
Answers

The public universities of a few countries offer free education to international students. It doesnít mean that the education in such countries is totally free. International students are not eligible for the monthly study allowance and loan as the most nationals are. They also need to pay number of administrative and sundry fees, and also live on their own.

These are some countries which provide free education to international education:

Denmark
Sweden
Finland
Germany

Hi Lidblinky,

Almost all of the universities in Norway are also free but you have to bear in mind that you are asked to pay for your personal expenses, books, etc.

Someone has answered you about this but I donít think free tuition universities are available in Germany and Denmark, but if you found free universities there, let me know.
