Question Description
I am studying English now, and I will graduate in December. Can I enroll at any of the free universities in Europe, including those from Sweden and Finland? How can I apply at those universities for Master's degree? Do I need to take IELTS test? I want some information about this matter.

Thank you for your attention to my question.
Answer

I'm afraid to tell you that most of the universities in the countries you've mentioned that used to be free to international students once are not free anymore. From this year, they've started to charge tuition fees to students who do not belong to EEA region.

For a Master's program, at most of the universities, you have to send your admission application directly to the university. The university will review your application and accept you if you qualify as a suitable candidate for the program you've chosen.

Language requirements
Different universities have their own language requirements for admission. Most universities, where the medium of instruction is English to international students, seek for IELTS or TOEFL score to verify whether the student will be able to undertake his/her studies in English language there. In the same way, if the medium of instruction isnít English, you will have to prove your proficiency in the language they demand. To prove your ability, they may ask you to take the language tests for the language they have set as a requirement.
