Environmental Engineering Universities in USA for International Student

Question Description
I am an international transfer student from Guatemala. I am interested to study environmental related courses (mainly on environmental engineering). I have 2 years of university credits for my transfer. I want to know the universities in USA which offer environmental engineering courses to international. Also, I would like to know if there is any financial aid or scholarship for environmental studies in US universities. I heard that some of the scholarships are offered through USAID, is this true?
