Question Description
I have been refused student visa by UK Embassy's consular and I have appealed against that decision. While the appealing process is going on, Can I apply for student visa again?
Answer

I don't think you can reapply for student visa when the appeal process is going on. So far as I know, until the final hearings for your appeal is not complete, until you will not receive the decision for your appeal, you cannot reapply for student visa.

But I am not sure about it at all. I would suggest you to consult with some expert legal advisor on this case as it is complex topic. Or you can simply contact your nearest UK Embassy or Consulates Office to ask if you can reapply or not.

I think, even if you are allowed to apply again, the probability of getting refused again is high during the appeal process. But if you are rejected due to mistakes or errors on your documents or due to some other problem which you know and have fixed that problem, then you may get visa.
