Question Description
How can one appeal for UK visa once he has been rejected? I want to know the process to appeal after the visa has been rejected. I know we can appeal for UK student visa but please tell me where must I appeal and what documents will I need to appeal?
Answer

Student can appeal for student visa once they have been refused. To appeal you’ll need:
Letter of refusal that refused student gets from visa officer
Completed appeal application form

You can directly appeal to Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) in United Kingdom or you may send your appeal through visa office from where you’ve been rejected.

You must appeal within 28 days of visa refusal date. Appealing is free so you’ll not need to pay any money to appeal. All appeals are judged by Immigration judge in UK.

Once you’ve filed an appeal, you’re case is reviewed. You might be asked for further documents for supporting your case.
