Question Description
What documents will I need to appeal for UK visa once I am rejected by a British Embassy? I want the list of documents that I will need to appeal for Student Visa.
Answer

You’ll get three documents from UK visa office once you’re rejected for a British study visa. The documents are:
Written notice of refusal with reason of your visa refusal
AIT 2 form to appeal for visa rejection
A guide sheet to fill AIT 2 form

Once you receive these documents, you have right to appeal. To appeal you’ll need to submit:
Written notice of refusal that has reason for your visa refusal
Completed AIT 2 form
And documents that may help you overcome visa refusal reasons which may be financial documents, or any other documents that supports your appeal.

With these documents, you can appeal at Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) or at visa section where you were refused a visa within 28 days of visa rejection.
