I am 26 years old now. Will I be issued a visa with this age? Wouldn't the visa officer say I am old to go and study for undergraduate level course?
The consular may suspect in your intention to study due to your age. When did you finish your high school level? Has it been long since you completed your high school level? If yes, what did you do during this period?
You must be able to show a document that proves you were involved in something important during this interval. If you can convince the consular that you really deserve to study in USA then you will most probably be granted a visa. Be well prepared for questions that consular may ask related to this issue.
Age is never a barrier to study. Even though your age is quite more in compare to other undergraduate level students, you must show the consular how much education means to you. With very good reasons for your time difference between high school level and undergraduate level of studies, you can obtain a student visa for United States.
