Question Description
I'm from London, UK. I want to do my Geography degree from Czech Republic. As a British Student, do I need to obtain Student visa for Czech Republic? What will be the requirements to study in Czech Republic? I expect for reliable answers.
Answer

I think you must obtain Czech Republic's student visa even though you are student from United Kingdom. But better you contact your nearest Czech consulate's office for confirmation.

For Czech Student visa you’ll have to submit these documents:

Completed Visa Application form
4 passport size photos
Your valid original passport
Copy of Birth Certificates
Proof of No Criminal Records in your home country
Financial documents that proves you have sufficient funds to study in Czech Republic
Medical Insurance Certificate
Accommodation and purpose documents
Letter of Acceptance from university you’ve chosen

And additional documents that you think can support you to obtain Czech Republic Student Visa. There may be other required documents also. I just found the general documents required for Czech student visa and thought it might help you so I've submitted it here.
