How to apply for New Zealand student visa?

Question Description
What is the process to apply for New Zealand student visa? How can I obtain student visa to New Zealand? Please guide me detail process for obtaining New Zealand study visa.

Before you apply:
Complete Study Visa Application INZ 1012
Download visa application:
If you cannot download and print it, the printed form will be available from nearest Immigration office of New Zealand.

Character certificates
If you plan to study in New Zealand for more than two years, youíll have to submit a police report which states you donít have any criminal records.

Educational Transcripts
Youíll have to submit your previous educational transcripts to prove youíre eligible to study the course and level youíve chosen.

Health Requirements
Students intending to New Zealand may require submitting health report which include an X-ray report showing student is not affected from diseases like Tuberculosis.

Financial Requirements
You must have enough funds to study and live in New Zealand. You must show you have sufficient funds by you property valuation certificates, certificates of investment on shares, and bank balance certificates.
In case youíre going to be sponsored by other, you must require submitting sponsorship letter too.
