Question Description
What are the reasons for rejection of F1 student visa? Why is F1 student visa rejected for international students? What are causes of rejection for F1 visa?

There are several reasons for rejection in F1 student visa. Some important reasons for visa rejection are:

Insufficient funds
If you donít have enough funds or the consular thinks fund you have isnít enough to study in USA then your F1 visa application will be rejected.

No intention to study
If you donít intend to study in USA or the consular feels youíre applying for a visa just to enter USA but not to study there, then youíll be rejected a visa.

No good academic performances
If your previous academic performances arenít good then consular thinks youíre not a good student and you might not study properly after you are in USA. So thereíll be chance of visa rejection.

No goo ties with your country
If consular feels youíll not return after completing your course in USA, then youíll not be given a student visa. You must be able to convince the consular that youíll return back after studying in USA otherwise youíll not be given a visa.
