Question Description
I applied for UK visa as a student twice but refused. I appealed through an agent. But after approximately eleven months I came to know the agent didn't submit my appeal to UK. Now can I submit my appeal again? And what can I do now?
Answer

Any appeals to a UK visa must be made within 28 days of visa refusal so there is no way you can appeal now. The only thing you can do now to obtain a UK student visa is to reapply.
