Can a student from Nepal get visa to study in Finland?

How can a Nepali student get Finish student visa to study in Finland? What are the processes and requirements to obtain study visa of Finland? Do I require any documents to apply for Finnish student Visa?
To stay for more than 90 consecutive days in Finland, anyone needs to obtain residence permit instead of visa. Students from any country including Nepal can get residence permit to study in universities and colleges of Finland. There are no especial restrictions for Nepali student to study in Finland. However, student from Nepal need to appear in Finnish Embassy, Kathmandu for an interview.
The application processes for Nepali student to apply for residence permit are:
The applications are sent to Finnish Immigration Service for processing and will take about 2 months for the decision.
Once the decision is made by Finnish Immigration Service, The Finnish Embassy in Kathmandu will call the applicant to collect a written decision.
Documents required for Nepali student to apply for residence permit are:
Completely filled form OLE 104
Study and work certificates from SLC to up to date
Letter of Acceptance from Finnish educational institutions
A deposit of equivalent of Euro 6000 on applicant’s own account
Health Insurance covering up to Euro 30000 valid for minimum of one year from the date arrival in Finland
Passport Valid at least up to expected date to leave Finland
Two color photographs
