I got my Canadian visa refused for second time. I paid my full fee too. They said my funds arenít good. I think they never checked my application properly. Now, I want to appeal for Canadian visa. I donít know what documents are required for appealing. And, I want to know how many days does it take for appealing procedure? Please help me regarding this.
Is it possible to get my student visa if I reapply for third time, or is it better I appeal this time? My documents were good and I had shown enough funds too.
Hello fairy, sorry to hear that youíve been rejected twice for Canadian student visa with silly reasons. You said you wish to appeal, but Iím afraid to inform you that - there is no any formal policy to appeal for Canadian student visa. As much I know, students who have been rejected for Canadian student visa have no right to appeal. The only thing you can do is to reapply. However, reapplying doesnít guarantee your visa. Youíve been rejected twice so being rejected for third time is highly possible.
For more information, I suggest you to contact the Canadian immigration office from where you got a refusal letter.
I hope my advice will help you. Good Luck.
