It's not possible to get PR in New Zealand while studying. After completion of your bachelors degree, you will get an open work permit for 12 months. If you can find a job during that period, you will be allowed to stay and work for 2 more years. To meet the requirements of New Zealand's residency permit, you need a total of 140 points. Completing your study will give a minimum of 50 points; your job will give you additional 60 points and if you are in age between 20 to 29, and it will give you additional 30 points. If you fulfill all these requirements and gain 140 points, then you will be eligible to apply for permanent residency.
