Do I need a refusal letter to reapply for F1 visa?

Question Description
I was refused for F1 visa after facing an interview last week. Iíll be reapplying for second time soon. However, my problem is that Ė I misplaced the letter given to my by a consular where the reasons for not issuing me a visa were stated. I am perplexed and I want to know if the letter is important to be produces when I visit the consulate for the second time. Please help me.
Answer

To apply for a second time, youíll not need a previous refusal letter. Youíll not have to produce it when you apply for a second time so even though you have missed it, there is nothing to worry.
