Question Description
I applied for UK student visa but visa officer refused my application. He wrote in refusal letter that he noted account of my uncle increased prior to my visa application and I have provided no evidence to show that the funds in my uncle's account is available for his personal use. Although it is personal account of my uncle so I have chance to appeal. What I need to tell them in appeal?
Answer

There is nothing you have to say to appeal for UK student visa. You just have to submit appeal application along with other supporting documents. The reason for which your visa application was rejected seems to be good enough to deny your appeal too.
