Question Description
Little mistake just occurred with my I-20 forms in the last part of I-20 form which says sponsor or the parent of the student should write their name and address and sign.

I asked my mother to fill it. I now discovered that part is meant for students under 18 years and I am above 18 years. That part has already been filled by my parent. I hope this will not affect my visa application at the US embassy.
Answer

The information like your name and dates which you have to mention on I-20 form must be correct. In your case, you have filled unnecessary information but that isnít much valuable information which may cause rejection in your visa. However, contact your college immediately. They may reissue a new I-20 or they may have better solution for your problem.
