Question Description
Is it compulsory to show 1 or 2 years old bank balance for Canadian student visa? Can we show latest bank balance? Some people show fake bank balance. They borrow money from someone and deposit it into their bank account. After getting a visa, they withdraw money and return to the person from whom they had borrowed?
Answer

To apply for Canadian student visa, along with bank balance certificate, you also have to submit bank statements with transactions of previous 4 months. So during this four month duration if you have sudden increase in bank balance, the immigration officers will identify your bank balance as a fake one. Your idea may work if you deposit money before four months and then make some transactions of little amounts. However I donít suggest you to do so because you must apply for visa only if you genuinely deserve to obtain a visa.
