Which is the best country for studying Mechanical Engineering?

Question Description
I want to do Mechanical Engineering in United States. But I want suggestion if United States is good place to do Mechanical Engineering. Please suggest me if USA is best destination for studying mechanical engineering or is some other country better than United States?

Be sure that the USA is the best country for studying all technical fields (especially mechanical engineering).
