It isn’t possible to convert Turkish tourist visa to Student visa. If you want to study in Turkey, you have to obtain student visa before you enter Turkey. Once you enter Turkey with tourist visa, your tourist visa cannot be converted to student visa under any circumstances. So if you want to study in Turkey, apply for Study visa instead of Tourist visa.
